17 Year Old - Volleyball League Session
Description: The 17-Year-Old Volleyball League is tailored for advanced players who are ready to compete or already competing at a high-performance level and take on greater leadership and strategic responsibilities within their team.
Athletes in this age group focus on elite skill execution mastering power serves, tactical hitting, precise setting, and disciplined defensive coverage. Coaches guide players in developing on-court leadership, helping them mentor younger teammates, model professionalism, and strengthen mental toughness. Training incorporates advanced strategies to prepare players for college recruitment or elite-level competition.
This league is ideal for athletes who are serious about college-level play or advanced club volleyball, offering a challenging, supportive environment that builds confidence, teamwork, and composure under pressure — the hallmarks of a true competitor and leader.
Practices: 1 practice each week (120 minutes)
Game Play: 2 matches each week (50 minutes each)
Team T-Shirts: Game Day shirts
Skill Focus: On-court leadership, mentor younger teammates, model professionalism, and strengthen mental toughness
Tournament: Seeded end of session tournament & celebration.
