Competitive Club Volleyball at Ignite

At Ignite Volleyball Club, players compete at the highest level through regional and national tournament play. Club volleyball offers a structured, competitive environment where athletes sharpen their skills, strengthen teamwork, and experience the excitement of travel competition.

Participation in Club Play includes registration with regional and national volleyball associations, allowing players to compete in sanctioned events and earn recognition at a competitive level. Teams practice twice weekly under experienced coaches, focusing on advanced fundamentals, offensive and defensive systems, and game strategy.

Throughout the season, athletes will travel to tournaments across Colorado and beyond, gaining valuable experience against diverse teams and levels of play. Our program emphasizes growth, sportsmanship, and confidence both on and off the court — helping players ignite their potential and unleash their fire.

Club Volleyball Levels

We offer three competitive levels of play designed to help every athlete grow, challenge themselves, and reach their full potential. Each age group will feature at least three teams — one in each division — ensuring that every player finds the right fit for their skill level, goals, and commitment.

At the beginning of each season, all athletes participate in club tryouts. Tryouts allow coaches to evaluate skills, attitude, and potential so players can be placed on the team that best matches their current level — with clear opportunities to advance to higher divisions as they develop throughout the year.

1. Colorado Regional Club Teams

Focus: Skill development and in-state competition
Colorado Regional teams compete in tournaments within the state against other Colorado clubs. This level is ideal for players who want structured training, consistent tournament play, and local travel. The focus is on improving fundamental skills, building game awareness, and learning team systems in a fun and competitive environment.

2. Inter-State Regional Club Teams

Focus: Advanced competition and regional travel
Inter-State Regional teams compete in multi-state tournaments across the Mountain and Midwest regions. These athletes experience tougher competition and greater travel opportunities while refining advanced techniques, strategy, and mental toughness. This level is a great bridge between state-level and national competition.

3. National Club Teams

Focus: Elite play and national exposure
National teams represent the highest level of competition within Ignite Volleyball Club. These athletes compete in major national tournaments across the country and are exposed to college recruiting opportunities. Players commit to intensive training, travel, and performance excellence — embodying Ignite’s highest standard of teamwork, dedication, and passion for the game.

Each season at Ignite offers the chance for players to ignite their potential, move up in competitive level, and continue developing through focused coaching, structured competition, and a supportive team environment.
